7. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in each individual service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date
- Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
- Murdoch Leads reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Murdoch Leads shall not be liable for:

Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that service in the preceding 3 months.

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice as specified in that agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for work completed become immediately payable. Murdoch Leads reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client breaches these Terms or any applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
